We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Advisors to join our dynamic and fast-paced call centre team in Iași.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels.
As a customer Service advisor you will play a key role in delivering first-class service and support to customers of a large Utility provider. This includes handling a wide range of queries, from simple billing issues to more complex general inquiries. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively across various communication channels, acting as the voice of our brand to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
How you will spend your day:
Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required, including email, post, webchat and social media platforms.
Manage high-volume and complex queries across telephone and omnichannel platforms.
Using your product knowledge to identify solutions and resolve customer issues effectively.
Stay up to date with business and product information to provide accurate guidance.
Use of the systems and tools available to handle queries efficiently and professionally.
Strive to achieve service level targets and maintain strong performance metrics.
Maintain high first-call resolution rates and adhere to quality assurance standards.
Contribute to overall team performance within your specialised department
Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws.
Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team and business needs.
Our ideal candidate:
Previous Customer Service experience is a bonus but not essential
Previous BPO or utility sector experience is an advantage.
Passion for providing exceptional service to clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in written & spoken English is essential for this role - preferably C1 or above on the CEFR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–22:00, 8 hours per day; Saturdays on a rotating basis from 10:00–19:00, maximum 2 Saturdays per month.
Paid training is provided, lasting approximately 5–6 weeks.
