Schedule: 15:00 - 4:00 (Monday- Sunday) - in shifts Descrierea jobului: Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone. Communicating with customers via phone. Keeping record of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
