Who You Are: Whether you’re just starting out or have experience in customer care, we’re looking for:
English speakers (B2–C1 level);
Good communicators with a calm, solution-focused attitude;
People who enjoy working in a team and learning new things.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides customers through their questions and concerns. Most of your work will involve inbound calls, with occasional follow-ups.
Your Day-to-Day:
Answer customer calls and offer clear, helpful support;
Solve problems and escalate when needed;
Keep track of interactions using CRM tools;
Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience.
