Ideal Candidate Profile: We welcome both entry-level applicants and professionals with 1+ year experience in customer service, BPO, or similar roles.
You should have:
English proficiency (B2–C1 level, spoken and written);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
A proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
Your Role: As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for English-speaking customers, providing clear, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls (approx. 90%) and occasional outbound follow-ups;
Deliver professional assistance and resolve customer inquiries;
Escalate complex issues when necessary;
Accurately log interactions using CRM tools.
