Customer Care with english-Iasi (hybrid)

Who They’re Looking For:

• English speakers (B2–C1 level);

• People who communicate well and stay calm under pressure;

• No experience required, but 1+ year in customer service is a plus.

What the Job Involves: You’ll talk to customers from English-speaking countries, mostly via inbound calls. You’ll help them solve problems, answer questions, and log everything in the system.

Tasks Include:

• Handling incoming calls (90%) and occasional outbound follow-ups;

• Offering clear, friendly support and escalating issues when needed;

• Using CRM tools to document each interaction.
