Financial Accountant- Bucuresti (Germana si Engleza)

Required skills:

• Processing incoming invoices (reviewing, posting, and coding invoices).

• VAT assessment of incoming invoice (fulfilment of the legal VAT requirements of an invoice).

• Support with VAT returns and annual declarations.

• Reconciliation of accounts payable, cost, accrual, and intercompany accounts and confirming corresponding balances.

• Ensuring travel expense accounting.

• Managing payment transactions & payment run.

• Regular bank account reconciliation.

• Reconciliation and posting of daily cash reports.

• Direct Debit preparation.

• Running the dunning process.

• Accounting support.

Tasks:

• Affinity for numbers and a structured approach to work.

• Ability to work independently.

• Experience in cost accounting.

• Team-oriented working style.

• Solid knowledge of commercial and tax (VAT) law.

• High affinity for ERP systems.

• German & English Advanced language skills- required as a must.
